SPINNING ROOM GUIDANCE
Please choose appropriate course based on the course level.
Please reserve the course in advance and go to gym reception for check-in before course start.
Please follow the coaches' instruction during the course. Wear shin pads and fasten the pedal.
Please bring your water and towel to attend the spinning class. Please add water timely during the class.
Please DO NOT enter or get out of the exercise room after the course been started over 5 minutes.
Please mute your mobile phone or switch it to vibration mode during the course.
It is not allowed to enter the spinning room during non-business hours to prevent from any accident.
It is suggested to have light meal by 1 hour before the course start, but alcohol should be prohibited and exercise on an empty stomach is not recommend.
If such symptoms as headache, dizziness, arrhythmia, shortness of breath or prostration, collapse or injury occurs, please leave exercise room for rest and ask for help.
