SPINNING ROOM GUIDANCE
  • Please choose appropriate course based on the course level.
  • Please reserve the course in advance and go to gym reception for check-in before course start.
  • Please follow the coaches' instruction during the course. Wear shin pads and fasten the pedal.
  • Please bring your water and towel to attend the spinning class. Please add water timely during the class.
  • Please DO NOT enter or get out of the exercise room after the course been started over 5 minutes.
  • Please mute your mobile phone or switch it to vibration mode during the course.
  • It is not allowed to enter the spinning room during non-business hours to prevent from any accident.
  • It is suggested to have light meal by 1 hour before the course start, but alcohol should be prohibited and exercise on an empty stomach is not recommend.
  • If such symptoms as headache, dizziness, arrhythmia, shortness of breath or prostration, collapse or injury occurs, please leave exercise room for rest and ask for help.
